Singlong Chilli Crab Sauce 130g (1 Pack)
- Rinse crabs under running water and crop into sizeable pieces.
- Hear 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and add in crabs. Fry till the crabs turn red and dish out. Add 2more tablespoons of oil and heat up.
- Add in garlic and fry till fragrant. Pour in Singlong Chilli Crab Sauce.
- Mix 3g (1 teaspoon) of corn flour with 125ml of water, and add solution into pan. Boil the sauce on high heat, then add in the cooked crabs. Cook on medium heat till fragrant or even.
(Optional: Turn off heat and mix in an egg for added texture)
You may use other seafood such as crayfish, lobsters, prawns, mussels & clams. The sauce can be served with rice or mantou (oriental steamed bun).
